Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the internal and external communication in the office and its coordination
Organizing the overall workflow of the office
Preparation of different kinds of documents
Experienced in working with office equipment
Excellent communication skills
Ordering office supplies and keeping track of their availability
Translations from/to English, written and spoken
Excellent time management and communication skills (oral and written)
Professional command of telephone etiquette

Job Requirements

University degree Bachelors Degree – English philology
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
At least 2 years of experience on the position is a priority
Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills; strong ability for managing multiple priorities. Diligence, reliability and exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
